AugieI am in 6th grade and need help! I need to describe a typical day in the life of a castle dweller. And also need info on villains of the middle ages. Please help!!
Erik SchmidtThe best place to find out about daily life in a castle would be your local library. Most libraries have a least one book on castles in the childrens section which explains this topic very well, and usually have lots of paintings to show you what things looked like in the middle ages.
What sort of information are you looking for about villains? We know quite a bit about castles, but we probably can't help you too much on villains.

Erik

levanneQuestion do you mean villain- ie someone who did wrong? Or villein - a feudal tenant of the Lord of the Manor, or castle?
GordonThere is another thread here which is less to do with daily life, but more with the death of villains, http://www.castlesontheweb.com/quest/Forum12/HTML/000176.html
Try also searching through the Medieval Studies link at the foot of the page.
